You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid email address,and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement, and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately, so that we can contact you if necessary.
Your order will generally take 1-2 weeks to produce. We ship packages via FedEx Ground which typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders. FedEx will attempt (3) three deliveries prior to having the artwork sent back to our facility. Shipping costs are determined by the size of the order and the destination. Shipping costs are displayed in your cart during checkout.
We ship internationally via Fedex International Ground. International collectors are responsible for all international fees, duties, customs, taxes and charges imposed following the purchase of the artwork.
The Estate of Richard Bernstein together with our partner Shopify provides a safe way for card payments and meets the requirements of PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Security Standard). No payment information is shared. Shopify affects the payment from your card after the product is ordered." In the event of a stopped payment, disapproved charge or other failure to submit pre-payment, The Estate of Richard Bernstein shall have the right to cancel the order or, if already shipped, to seek payment and hold customer responsible for any and all costs of collection, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, as well as to charge interest at the rate of 1.5% per month (or the highest allowable rate by law if less than 1.5% per month) until payment is made.
Applicable sales tax will be added to all submitted orders. Sales and Use Tax should be paid by the Consumer, where required by law.
We are committed to our collectors and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting email@example.com. Each limited edition work of art is custom produced to order and as such, we are unable to accept returns and exchange one piece of art for another. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving to you. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged artwork is sent to our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate a return and we will produce and send a replacement at no charge.
COLOR AND APPEARANCE
You acknowledge and understand that (a) colors as seen on a computer monitor may not look the same as the colors as they appear on our manufactured product, and (b) no guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colors on the final product. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor differences between similar creations may occur.
